  2. Consideration for central assistance for 6 projects under beneficiary led construction (BLC) vertical submitted by Government of Mizoram
  3. Consideration for central assistance for 38 projects under beneficiary led construction (BLC) vertical submitted by Government of West Bengal
  4. Consideration for central assistance for 24 projects under beneficiary led construction (BLC) vertical submitted by Government of Jharkhand
  5. Consideration for acceptance of central assistance for 10 projects under affordable housing in partnership (AHP) vertical submitted by Government of Rajasthan
  6. Consideration for central assistance for 22 projects under beneficiary led construction (BLC) and 2 projects under affordable housing in partnership (AHP) vertical submitted by Government of Uttarakhand

Abstract:

  1. CSMC considered following projects for Central Assistance:
  1.  ‘in-principle’ central assistance amounting to Rs. 133.83 crore for the 6 projects  submitted by the Government of Mizoramunder BLC vertical of PMAY-HFA (Urban) for construction of 8,922 houses of EWS category
  2. central assistance amounting to Rs. 417.45 crore for the 38 Projects  submitted by the Government of West Bengal under BLC vertical of PMAY-HFA (Urban) for construction of 27,830 houses of EWS category
  3. central assistance amounting to Rs. 61.40 crore for the 24 Projects submitted by the Government of Jharkhand under BLC vertical of PMAY-HFA(Urban) for construction of 4093 houses of EWS category
  4. ‘in-principle’ central assistance amounting to Rs.  90.78  crore for the 10 Projects  submitted by the Government of Rajasthanunder AHP vertical of PMAY-HFA (Urban) for construction of 6,052 houses of EWS category
  5. central assistance amounting to Rs. 6.96 crore for the 2 Projects  submitted by the Government of Uttarakhand under AHP vertical of PMAY-HFA (Urban) for construction of 464 houses of EWS category
  6. central assistance amounting to Rs. 239.12 crore for the 31 Projects  submitted by the Government of Telangana under AHP vertical of PMAY-HFA (Urban) for construction of 15941 houses of EWS category
  7. central assistance amounting to Rs. 103.14 crore for the 14 Projects submitted by the Government of Telangana under AHP vertical of PMAY-HFA(Urban) for construction of 6,876 houses of EWS category
  8. ‘in-principle’ central assistance amounting to Rs. 199.73 crore for the 40 Projects submitted by the Government of Bihar under BLC vertical of PMAY-HFA(Urban) for construction of 13,315 houses of EWS category
  1. CSMC ratified the acceptance and release of 1st instalment of central assistance for the 17 AHP projects considered in 4th CSMC @ 40 % amounting to Rs. 115.44 crore of Government of Madhya Pradesh
  2. State representatives indicated potential number of beneficiaries in CLSS component
  3. Apart from compliance conditions mentioned in 4th CSMC, States were advised to take note of other activities as well such as SLAC approval, building plan standards adherence, sanction order of state share.
  4. For smaller municipalities, CLTC should be formed in cluster basis. The Capacity Building Plans being submitted must have been ratified by the SLSMC before they are submitted to Ministry
