Details : The war room has been set up in order to properly monitor the COVID situation in PCMC using tolls like GIS mapping, Data analysis, etc. — Standardized information about Covid-19 made it available on a single platform, in simple language and FAQ format. — Provided multiple channels for easy and free access to this information through Website, Call Center (Helpline), Mobile app. — Involved all Departments of Municipal Corporation with active participation of NGOs and professionals to ensure that the initiative is citizen-friendly. — Provision of Helpline – an interactive platform of Call Center to register complaints about citizens health which are monitored

Outcome : Monitoring the situation is essential to understand what the future courses of action are going to be. The dedicated room makes this task simpler.
